In the Oscoda area Rick reports a Few King Salmon on Lake Huron, many are running in the 8-12 pound range, with a few up to 20 pounds, Lake Trout success has been great with many running in the 4-6 pound range with a few "hogs" also reported. Bass fishing is good as are bluegill on the ponds. Jumbo Perch are reported very good on Houghton and at Tawas.

Cadillac
On lakes Cadillac and Mitchell the fishing pressure remains light but anglers are getting Crappie, Bass, Bluegill and Pike. Most outdoorsmen are either gearing up for hunting season or are on the river after Salmon, which the reports indicate there are lots of king salmon and they are running bigger in the 20 pound range.

In the Detroit River Frank reports the Walleye continue to be everywhere, also reports of lots of Perch around Sugar and Dynamite Islands and at the Cross Dyke. Also Lots of Catfish remain in the river. With one Bass Tournament just finishing indicates the pro anglers were very happy and the winner landed 5 fish for 25 pounds.
