Hello:

A while ago (a year or two) I saw a piece on your father's show about a teenage girl in the central Michigan area who did paintings of people's pets, mainly dogs. Does this sound familiar? She was an excellent artist, and I am wondering if you can find out any information on how to contact her to commission a painting of my dogs-

I don't recall a feature that you were referring to but it is still possible there was one.  I would suggest you contact JoAnn Cribley at www.joesportsman.com .  She is working with my father and she might be able to get the information you are requesting.  I do know of an artist in the Detroit area by the name of Dave Bollman who does excellent work.  You can view Dave's work at the following web address http://www.davidbollman.com/ .  I will also forward a copy of this email as well.  Good luck and by the way in my opinion some of Dave's best work is Labs
