- 2 pounds fish fillets (of your choice)
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce

| Directions |
Rinse fish in cold water and pat dry.
Cut into serving size portions.
Combine oil, salt and garlic.
Mix cheese and crumbs.
Dip fish in oil mixture and roll in crumb mixture.
Place fish on well greased baking pan.
Bake at 450 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes.
Spoon half of BBQ sauce over fish and cook for additional 3 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve on buns.
Makes 6 servings.
