Ingredients:

Salmon steaks (or steelhead if you prefer)
Olive oil
Salt and pepper, or your favorite fish seasonings.

Directions:

Cut into steaks and place on grill.
Pour a little olive oil over each steak.
Season and grill about 5 - 10 minutes on each side, depending on thickness.
