- 1 1/2 pounds fish fillets
- 1 quart water
- 1 tablespoon salt

In a frypan, bring water to a boil.
Add salt and place fish in a single layer into hot liquid, cover and reduce heat.
Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Flake by breaking fish into large pieces.
Approx. 2 cups cooked flaked fish.
